Check In

We use modern technology in our hotels, so that our guests can check in at any time. The Pallas Hotel does not have a traditional reception area – instead, you have a number of options to check yourself in.
Please note that your room will be available from 3pm onwards. Check-out is at 11am.

  • By app:
    We use ‘Hotelbird’ software, which lets you check in at your convenience using your phone. You will need to download the app and search for your booking. As soon as your room is available, your digital key will be sent to your smartphone. Then simply click on the key to open the door to your room.

    You can also check out and pay using the app

  • By self-service check-in:
    There is a check-in machine upstairs in front of the entrance, which is available 24 hours a day.

    Here, you simply enter your booking number or the name used for the reservation. Then you fill in a registration form, pay at the terminal and the key to your room will be printed automatically.

    Please note that payment should be made upon arrival. We would also like to inform you that credit card payments require a PIN code – the bank will not accept signatures.
